Instructions to make Nasi Arab Simple:
  1. For chicken broth: boil all ingredients until chicken tenders
  2. For rice: heat oil and butter/ghee in a wok
  3. Lightly fry onion, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, bay leaves in the wok
  4. Lightly fry washed basmathi rice into the wok
  5. Transfer everything from wok to rice cooker and add chicken broth, water and salt
  6. Cook the rice until fluffy
  7. (Optional) Make few holes using chopstick in the rice cooker, pour diluted orange colouring through the holes and leave it for few minutes
  8. Stir the rice after the colour has set
  9. For roasted chicken: preheat oven to 150°c
  10. Mix all then pour into the drumsticks
  11. Marinate the drumsticks for 10 minutes
  12. Bake the chicken in an oven for 20 minutes with 150°c
  13. For chilli dipping sauce: put chillies, tomatoes and garlic into chopper
  14. Mix water, salt and sugar
  15. Then garnish with coriander leaves
  16. For veggie: mix all into a bowl
  17. For chicken soup: pour balance chicken broth in a bowl, add salt to taste, garnish with coriander leaves and fried shallots
  18. (Optional) To have smokiness taste: put roasted chicken on top of cooked rice in the rice cooker
  19. Create small bowl using aluminium foil, put the bowl between the chicken
  20. Place heated charcoal in the bowl, pour few spoons of oil on the charcoal
  21. Close lid of the rice cooker and leave it until charcoal stop burning
