  1. In a pot add mutton, ginger, garlic, 2 onion sliced, whole spice, salt, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, button red chillies and water. Now let it cook until it mutton tenders and a aromatic stock is ready
  2. Now strain the stock in an another pot and keep aside
  3. Now in another pot, heat 1/2 cup oil and fry remaining onions till golden brown and take it out.
  4. Then in the same pot add mutton and fry for 2 mins and then add 3 cups of stock, let it boil
  5. Now add soaked rice, handful of raisins, pine nuts, almonds, cashews and jullian carrots and let the rice cook properly and cover it with the lid
  6. In a frying pan heat oil and add chopped nuts, jullian carrots and raisins and fry for 3-4 mins add sugar and water 3tbsp and cook for about 5 mins until the sugar dissolves completely
  7. Now garnish the Pulao with fried onions, fried nuts, fried raisins and fried carrots. Serve hot
