- Prepare Instant Miso Ramen *include Noodles and Soup & Seasoning Sachets
- Prepare Cabbage Leaves
- Take Carrot *cut into thin strips
- Prepare Thinly Sliced Pork
- Take Spring Onion
- Take Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix)
- Get *Suggested additional ingredients: Shiitake, Shimeji, Beansprouts, Bok Choy, Garlic Chives, etc
Instructions to make ‘Nikomi’ Simmered Miso Ramen:
- Cut all Vegetables and Pork into the size that is easy to eat.
- Place Water, Carrot and Cabbage in a large saucepan or pot, and bring to the boil.
- Once boiling, add Instant Ramen Noodles. When Noodles are half cooked, add Pork and Spring Onion, then add Soup and Seasoning. Cook until Pork is cooked and Noodles are soft.
- Sprinkle with Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix) and enjoy immediately.
