- Wash clean the Pork belly & chicken wings. - -boil the water, after boiling add 1tbs cooking wine then add in the Pork belly & the chicken wings put to boil for 1minutes then take out wash again - -boil the eggs for 5minutes then soak in Cold water for 15minutes after that peels the skin
- Sauteed the garlic, small Onion, Ginger until smells fragrant - - then add in the rock sugar sauteed until the rock sugar mealty then add water,soy sauce,dark sauce, spring onion,bay leaves,lime leaves, cooking wine, start anise bring to boil. - -after boiling add in the Pork belly bring to cook until soft about 45minutes
- Then add the chicken wings cook for 10minutes then add the hard boiled eggs Cook for 3minutes,off the flame š„š„, let's in the wok for 45minutes
- Then take out, cooling down then slice it the pork belly put in the plate ready to serve
