- Make ready 1 Cup Passata sauce
- Get 1 pinch Salt
- Prepare 1 heaped tsp Corn flour mixed in 3 tbls cold water

- Preheat the oven 160Β°C
- Grill the sausage so they are browned. Add the potatoes, chorizo, carrots and beans also sausage to a large oven dish
- Next add a little oil to the pan add the diced shallots, garlic, and Basil. Then add a 1/4 of the spoon of the crushed red pepper. Stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add the stock cubes in a jug then pour the boiling water over them stir to mix then add to the onion and garlic mix in.
- Next add the Tomato puree and the Chilli paste and mix in. Bring to the boil then add the cornflour stir in.
- Add the rest of the red pepper all over the sausage mix. Then pour over the sauce mix on top of the sausage.
- Cover with foil and add to the oven for 45 Minutes.
- Bring it out stir the sausage mix around then add back to the oven for a further 10 minutes uncovered.
- Bring out let it stand for a minute then add to serving dishes and enjoy.
