  8. Heat butter and crushed garlic clove gently over a low heat
  9. After 5 minutes, or after the pot has return to a boil, turn off the heat and add the shrimp. Set a timer to 5 minutes
  10. After 5 minutes, pour the boil through a colander in the sink and onto a lined table
  11. Squeeze the lemon and remaining half orange over the seafood
  12. Sprinkle over some of the spice topping and use the garlic butter to dip your seafood into
