1. Pre heat oven 180°C - Add the sausage on top of the sheet of puff pastry and roll the pastry around the sausage wet all along the end where you want the pastry to stick down. Cut off the excess pastry

- Cut the pastry inbetween each sausage then add to an oven dish on greaseproof paper, brush the top of the pastry with milk then add to the oven cook until golden brown.
