- Take 1 loaf French Bread
- Make ready 1 cup Milk
- Make ready 1 cup Heavy Cream (or Rum Chata)

- Preheat your oven to 350. Mix your milk & heavy cream (I used Rum Chata in place of the heavy cream). Cut up your bread into cubes & place in a pan with the milk mixture & let soak for 10 minutes.
- While the bread is soaking, in another mixing bowl combine your eggs, sugar, & vanilla until it’s fully combined. Also I chopped up some pecans to place on top of the bread pudding.
- Once the 10 minutes is up, combine your egg mixture with your bread & make sure it’s all well combined in the pan. Once finished drizzle your melted butter on top along with sugar, chopped pecans, & cinnamon. Then place in the oven for 1 hour until golden brown, serve & enjoy! (I enjoy caramel sauce or vanilla ice cream with mine!)
