- put milk in microwave and heat until a film appears on top. while its heating beat eggs with hand mixer on high for 1 minute
- once the milk is done take 1 cup of it away leaving 4 cups, set aside
- mix eggs and sugar into the 4 cups of milk
- pour egg, milk and sugar mixture over bread in pan
- now pour the 1 cup milk u set aside ontop
- sprinkle top with as much cinnamon as u like
- put in oven and bake for 1 hour
- after baking let sit to cool slightly. once ready u serve by flipping a desired piece upside down on plate
- add half and half cream if desired
