  12. Get 1 cup Chopped Pecans

  14. Take 1 cup Surgar
  15. Prepare 1/2 cup or 1 stick butter (melted)
  16. Get 1 Egg (beaten)
  17. Prepare 2 tsp Vanilla
  18. Take 1/4 cup Koltiskas Origonal liquor (or cinnamon liquor)
Steps to make Wyo Bread Pudding:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  2. For the pudding layer add the surgar, eggs, cinnamon, & nutmeg together wisking as you add the ingredients so no clumps are made. Then add the vanilla and stir.
  3. In a greased glass baking dish 9" X 13" or 3qt baking dish evenly spread out the bread pieces.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture evenly over the bread in the baking dish. Let sit for 10 min. Then place in the oven for 40 min.
  5. In annother bowl mix the brown surgar, softend butter and chopped pacans. Place to the side
  6. When the timer goes off on the pudding, pull it out of the oven and sprinkle the crust mixture evenly over the pudding and place it back in the oven at 350°F for 10 min.
  7. When the pudding is placed back in the oven, start the sauce. Add the melted butter, surgar, and vanilla into a sauce pan over medium heat and stirr until the sugar is dissolved, then add the liqour and continue to stirr for an additional 3 min over medium heat. When pudding is done cooking, pour sauce over pudding. Serve warm or cold.
