- In a big mixing bowl take lukewarm water add sugar and yeast to it add 2tbsp flour in it and keep it covered for 15min.
- In a big mixing bowl take both flour make a dent in centre add salt to it.
- Now add activated yeast and knead it properly for 10mins.
- Now add oil to it and knead it again for 10mins.
- Keep it aside for another 20mins.
- Prepare potato filling it a wock add oil and let it come to heat add cumin seed and sauf to it.and saute it
- Add turmeric powder and mashed potatoes and fresh bean to it add red chilli powder,salt garam masala and mix well.
- After 20mins punch the dough
- Now divide the dough in add puriess in seprate parts of dough And let one oart be white as it is.
- Now role the white dough in log sheet arrange the diffrent dough strips as shown in image.
- Now spread the potato filling on white portion.
- Now pack the wihte portion with coloured portion.from one edge to another.
- Give it a milk wash.
- Bake it for 40-45 mins on 380degree.
- Take it out brush butter over it.
- Cut it and enjoy hot
