  3. Add in the pork chunks and fry a bit.
  4. Add in the remaining seasoning ingredients and water. Add in 2 spring onion, ginger, star anise and bay leaf. Bring it to boil first and then simmer for 40-50 minutes with the lid on. Before serving, add in sesame oil and sprinkle chopped spring onion and white sesame. Enjoy!!
