- Preheat oven to 450°
- Place potatoes in a single layer on cookie sheets. Cook 5 minutes. Flip over and cook 5 more minutes.
- Grate cheese & slice polsa Kielbasa into half inch slices.
- In a large casserole dish mix potatoes and all remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook at 450° for 20 minutes
- Remove cover. Stir and top with shredded cheese, parsley, & bacon
- Cook uncovered for 15 to 20 more minutes.
- Makes enough to feed a small army (or 3 teenage boys)
- NOTE: I like to brown the cut sausage in a frying pan. It's good either way.
