- Take a pot and add milk and condensed milk, and cardamom powder, bring to boil, then remove from heat and let it cool down completely.
- Take a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add melted butter and vanilla essence whisk it well. Then add cold milk and then add bread powder and chopped roasted walnuts. Whisk it and mix it until everything well combined.
- Now transfer the bread pudding mixture into the caramelized set bowl.
- Cover the bowl and steam for 25-30 minutes or until it set completely.
- Cool down completely to room temperature and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs before serving.
- Finally, unmold the pudding. Serve it and enjoy it.😊
