- Wash the rice & drain well, fry the garlic until smell fragrant add in the rice stir fried for 3 minutes then put in Rice cooker
- A.After the rice put in add chicken broth & pandan leafs press button cook as usually cook rice. - - The chicken broth made from: chicken bone, ginger, spring onion boil 30minutes then add salt. - - B. marinade the chicken with:sand ginger powder, ginger juice, salt keep in the fridge for 3hours. then take out put to stem 30 minutes
