  1. DOUGH: Mix the 4 tbsp sugar, 1.5 tsp yeast, and half of the 1 cup warm milk, cover and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  2. DOUGH: In another bowl, add 2 and 1/2 cup flour, 1.5 tsp salt, and 3 tbsp oil and mix well. Add in the activated yeast mixture along with the rest of the milk. Mix with wooden spoon and add water if necessary to make a soft, non sticky dough. Leave to rise.

  8. SAUCE: Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 4 tbsp sriracha. Incorporate the chicken from the pan and mix well. Add the 1 tbsp honey.
