- Prepare 750 g Minced Beef
- Get 2 Aubergines
- Prepare 1 Onion
- Make ready Cube Beef Stock
- Prepare 1 Tube of Tomato Paste
- Take 1 Tub Ricotta or Mascarpone
- Prepare 2 Cups Mature Grated Cheese
- Take 2 Cups Grated Mozzerella
- Take 1 Cup Parmesan
- Take 1 Egg
- Make ready Salt and Pepper
- Prepare Olive Oil
- Prepare Crushed Garlic or Garlic Powder
Instructions to make Keto Lasagne:
- Preheat Oven to 180 - Slice Aubergines, brush with Olive oil, season and bake for 20 Minutes
- Fry the Beef with Onions until beef is browned. Then add the seasoning, Garlic, Stock cube and Tomato Paste. Remove from heat.
- Whisk the Ricotta or Mascarpone with the egg and half of the parmesan
- Layer the Lasagne: (Note - I drop spoonfulls of the Rocotta/Mascarpone Mixture on top of the Aubergine layer) - 1/2 Beef - 1/2 Aubergine - 1/2 Ricotta/Mascarpone mixture - 1/2 Grated Cheese - 1/2 Mozzerella - Remaining.. - Beef - Aubergine - Ricotta/Mascarpone mixture - Grated Cheese - Mozzerella - Parmesan
- Bake for 30 - 40 Minutes
