- For dough, mix all flour in a deep mixing bowl add salt, garlic, onion powder mixed herb, grated carrot and capsicum and cheese and mix.
- In a small bowl add sugar dry yeast and lukewarm water and left to dissolve and bubbling.
- Now add dissolved yeast, milk and beaten.egg in flour mixture, and knead smooth and soft dough.
- Now cover and left it for an hour to double in size.
- When dough double in size, divide the dough in 4 equal pieces and divide the pieces in 5 to 6 equal size small balls.

- Now remove pan from oven and let cool in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove bread from pan and serve with dipping sauce.
