  1. 🌻Dough: - Add milk, egg, salt and spinach into a blender. - Add instant dry year to flour and combine.
Add the blended mixture to the flour and yeast.
 - Combine thoroughly in standing mixer on low speed setting until all is well combined.
  2. Once all is well combined, start adding the soften butter and Knead the dough on speed setting 4 for about 8 minutes.
Do the stretch taste after 8 minutes. The dough should stretch nicely without tearing.
Put the dough into a pre-greased bowl, cover and put in the warm place and let it rise for 60 minutes or double in size. 
Grease a loaf pan.

  5. 🌻Bake: - After 30 minutes, bake the loaf Pre-heated oven to 176°C / 350°F about 30 -40 minutes.

  6. ✅ NOTS: if you are Vegan or Vegetarian so skip egg & milk and use lukewarm water.
