- 🌻Sugar Syrup: - In a saucepan, stir the water and sugar together add lemon slice. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved. - - Reduce the heat and let the syrup simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the syrup cool off.
- 🌸Make the dough: - In a mixing bowl add semolina, oil, yogurt and water mix well with balloon whisker or fork. - Then add flour and baking powder mix well till nice smooth dough. - - Transfer the batter to a pipping bag / pastry bag fitted with a star tip.
