  1. Prepare 1 Carp
  2. Get Half red chilli
  3. Take 2 shallots
  4. Prepare 2 slices ginger
  5. Get 2 tbsp flour

  8. Take 1 tbsp brown sugar
  9. Get 1 tbsp vinegar
Steps to make Sweet and Sour Carp:
  1. Wash and cut the fish into cubes.Pat dry then rub with flour.
  2. Heat pan then add oil then fry the fish until done.Remove then set aside for later use.
  3. Slice chilli into small dice.Slice shallits too and the ginger slice into strips
  4. In the same pan with oil sautee ginger shallots and chilli.
  5. Combine vinegar,sugar,ketchup and flour diluted in water.Mix well then pour in the pan.Mix wel then put back the fried fish.Cook a minute then serve.
