  9. Transfer to heated pan/griddle, cook a few minutes until lots of bubbles appear, flip over. Cook each side a few minutes, it may or may not puff up. Do not overcook
  10. Place a clean teatowel into a dish, with a lid, transfer cooked roti to the tea towel, lightly brush with melted salted butter. Wrap tea towel over the roti, cover with a lid, whilst you continue to cook the rest of the rotis.
