- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible, onto a floured surface. Using a small 3cm pastry cutter, cut out into circles. Add a slice of salame and cheese onto half of them
- Put the other remaining dough circles on top to sandwich the salame and cheese. Squeeze all around to seal and brush the seal with milk. This will help seal them so the filling stays inside. Glaze each one with more milk. Place on a baking try lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 mins. Best served warm!
