  8. Get 1 tablespoon sugar

  1. In a food processor add yogurt, green chilli, ginger, garlic, coriander and yogurt and grind to fine paste. - In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar and sesame seeds. Mix well. Add in the puréed paste and make a soft dough. Only use as required.
  2. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Knead and make small lemon size balls. Roll the ball in sesame seeds and roll them to a round of about 5 to 6 inches in diameter. Roll all the dhebras out.
  3. On a hot tawa or pan place the dhebra. Flip when one side is partly cooked, about quarter cooked. You will see some faint air pockets on the top and this is the time when you need to flip it.
  4. Spread oil on this side. Flip the dhebra again when the second side is half-cooked. You can press lightly with a spatula to get nice golden spots. 
Now spread the oil on this side. Flip a couple of times till you get golden spots and the dhebra is evenly cooked.
